OUR GUARANTEE
We want you to absolutely love your hair and your experience with each and every stylist at Studio Tuesday. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within five days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues. Customer service is the most important thing to us!
ARRIVING LATE
Your appointment time is booked especially for you. If you are running late, please let us know in advance if possible and we will do our best to accommodate your appointment, however time may not permit for us to complete your full service. This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next client.
If you arrive fifteen minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our stylists can provide you with the best quality of work.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so asap. We need at least 48 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to somebody else.
Failure to give us at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation, will result in a 30% cancellation fee.
Appointment non-attendance will result in a 100% cancellation fee and gift vouchers will be voided.
Payment in advance may be required for clients with a history of non-attendance or cancelled appointments without 48 hours notice.
PAYMENT
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is transferable to another appointment time, if more than 48 hours notice of a cancellation/change has been given.
Deposits can be paid online, over the phone with card details or in person at the salon. We accept payment by cash, eftpos, visa, mastercard and afterpay.
PLUS ONES
Clients are kindly requested to attend appointments alone. We do not accommodate extra guests who are not receiving services. Exceptions may be made for those needing assistance due to medical reasons or language barriers, with prior arrangement. For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment. The salon environment involves potential hazards, and unsupervised children could be at risk. We appreciate your cooperation in arranging childcare during your visit.
